Fox Nation Patriot Awards 2024

This is a private event. Schedule is subject to change and attendance is limited. Transportation to and from the event will not be provided. Government-issued photo identification will be required to gain entry to the event. The event is ages 18+. No political shirts or paraphernalia. No weapons allowed. This event will be closed to the press. No recording of the event is permitted. No posters/signs or flags/banners will be permitted.

By attending this event, you agree that Fox News Network, LLC, its successors, assigns and licensees (collectively, "Fox") have the right to film, photograph and record your attendance at the event, including your name, voice, likeness and actions (and those of any guest accompanying you) (collectively, the "Appearance"), without limitation or restriction.

You (on your own behalf and on behalf of any guest accompanying you) hereby grant Fox the right, but not the obligation, to broadcast, telecast, distribute, publicly perform and otherwise use the Appearance, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the universe in perpetuity in the event and to promote the present or future occurrences of the event and/or any other program or project produced by or on behalf of Fox or for any other purpose, without notice, review, approval or compensation.

You hereby release Fox from all actual and potential, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected claims, demands or causes of action of any kind or nature arising from the use of the Appearance.

Further, you assume all risk of any personal injury, property damage or loss that you may suffer as a result of your attendance at the event or your participation in any activity during the event.

You warrant that you will not make any remarks at the event that you know or believe to be false or defamatory. If you secure tickets or access to the event for friends, family members (including children) or others, you represent and warrant that you have the power and authority to bind each such person to these terms and will defend and indemnify the Fox against any claim to the contrary.

Please understand that Fox has the discretion to refuse admission to this event to any person for any reason and to revoke your permission to attend this event at any time if you are disruptive or for any other reason. We encourage you to arrive when doors open. If necessary, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

You agree to comply with all directions of organizers, those acting on their behalf, and security personnel. The organizers and those acting on their behalf respectfully reserve the right to refuse admission and to revoke the personal license this registration grants at any time for disorderly/offensive conduct or failure to comply with the recording rules or applicable laws.
